It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing, preferebly of cotton or other natural fiber.
We also give classes via Skype for every part of the world.
In case you miss a class you can recoup it the following week.

Yoga Therapy is the science of applying the various techniques of yoga in a variety of illnesses and conditions, to facilitate optimal health and healing. Classes are designed for the individual or group with a therapeutic focus. Yoga as a therapy emerged in the first half of the twentieth century.
Shiatsu is a Japanese massage based on the points and meridians used in acupuncture. It follows the concept of integrity and wholeness established by Yoga and oriental philosophy in general. Shiatsu involves applying pressure to special points or areas on the body in order to maintain physical and mental well being, treat disease, or alleviate discomfort.
The Tama-Do therapy, or vibrational sound healing, was created by Fabien Maman around 1977, based on the traditional Chinese acupuncture. Maman was the first to put into practice the system, which uses tuning forks and lights instead of needles on the acupuncture command points.
